IAWP is divided on the International level into 20 Districts. Each District has a voting member to represent them. International District VII consists of IAWP membership from the states of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. These states rotate the responsibility of choosing a representative annually at the International Convention.

The representative is able to vote on all policy and financial matters brought up at the IAWP Board Meeting. They serve as a liaison between the State Chapters and the International and actively promote all functions and programs of IAWP.

International District VII holds a meeting annually, which is rotated among the three states. The representative currently on the Executive Board will plan the meeting with the help of the other two states. This District VII Meeting is usually held in the month of November.
