IAWP is divided on the International level into 20 Districts. International District VII consists of IAWP membership from the states of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. These states rotate the responsibility of choosing a District Director who will represent them annually at the International Convention.

The District Director has the ability to vote on all policy and financial matters brought up at the IAWP Board Meetings. They serve as a liaison between the State Chapters and the International and actively promote all functions and programs of IAWP.
